Membership at Corrimal

Surf Life Saving is for everyone. It’s about living an active life, getting involved, and helping keep people safe on our beaches.

By joining Corrimal Surf Life Saving Club, you can:

  • Patrol Corrimal Beach as a surf lifesaver

  • Get your kids into our Nippers program

  • Volunteer as an Age Manager or help run the weekend barbecue

  • Fundraise or join the committee

  • Learn first aid or CPR so you’re ready to help save a life

  • Train as a coach, official, trainer, radio operator, or rescue boat driver

Whether you want to be on the sand or working behind the scenes, there are plenty of ways to be part of our club.

Membership Types

We offer different membership options to suit all levels of involvement and all ages. From Nippers and youth competitors to active patrol members and social supporters, there’s a place for everyone at Corrimal SLSC.

Working With Children Checks (WWCC)

Not all members need a WWCC. Only members in roles that involve working directly with children and young people — like Age Managers and Junior Activity Supervisors — are required to have one, under NSW law.
