The dates for this course have been changed to the following due to carnival clash:
- Sunday 31st January 9am-3pm
- Wednesday 3rd February 6pm-9pm
- Saturday 6th February 9am-3pm
- Sunday 7th February 9am-3pm
The 400m prerequisite swim will be held at Corrimal heated pools 9am on the 31st of January.
